Documents required at the assessment centre gate
Three documents must arrive with the vehicle — the Najm or Traffic Department report, the vehicle registration, and the owner’s national ID — without all three the intake officer turns the car away at the gate.
The Najm report or Traffic Department report is the entry condition. Minor accidents between two insured parties use the Najm app — the report issues electronically on site. Accidents involving dispute, injury, or uninsured vehicles require a field report from a Traffic Department officer.
The vehicle registration lets the intake officer log the vehicle’s data directly before the assessment begins.
The national ID confirms ownership. The centre cannot process the assessment without verifying the car belongs to the person requesting it.
